1. General

1.1. This website is the official site of “Bronze Guest Suites” (hereinafter: Bronze). 

1.2. The Site User declares that he has read the contents of these Conditions of  Use, and that he unequivocally consents without exception to all the  instructions and conditions contained herein, and neither he nor his proxy  shall have any claim and/or demand and/or suit, directly and/or indirectly,  versus the website and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone  representing it and/or Bronze. 

1.3. Parts of the content of these Conditions of Use are written in masculine  form for purposes of convenience only, yet apply equally to men and  women. 

1.4. The Site User declares that the information appearing on this site and/or  any part of it is the exclusive property of Bronze; that Bronze owns all copyright to the information and/or any part thereof; that he commits to use the information on this site for personal use only; that he commits not  to copy, photocopy, duplicate, disseminate, print or publish the information  or any part of it that appears on the site, whether owned by Bronze or any  third party, to any person and/or party whatsoever, without the prior and  written consent of Bronze, with the exception of personal, non-commercial use. 

1.5. The Site User commits not to make any change, distortion or amendment to  the site information, or to take any action that may damage the accuracy or credibility of the information or damage the status or reputation of Bronze  as its copyright owner, or of any other entity.  

2. Risks and Responsibilities

2.1. The Site User hereby declares that he is aware that use of a website involves various risks, both due to its own technology and entities acting via the internet. 

2.2. The Site User is fully and exclusively responsible for any use he makes  and/or will make of the information.

2.3. The information on this site is intended solely for the personal use of the  Site User. Use thereof, including any reliance thereon, is exclusively the responsibility of the User. Inter alia, the Site User declares that he is aware  that the pictures displayed on the site are for illustrational purposes only,  and that there may be discrepancies between their presentation on the  screen and their actual appearance. 

2.4. Information displayed on the site is “as is.” Bronze shall not be held accountable for adapting the information to the User’s requirements in the  event that User is unable to make use of the information for any reason.  The User shall bear sole responsibility for the manner in which he makes  use of the information.  

2.5. Bronze makes every effort to guarantee that the information presented on  the site is true and accurate. Notwithstanding, it does not purport to be a  complete, full or detailed analysis of all the subjects mentioned therein. The  information presented is general, incomplete and based on current  information. Bronze shall bear no responsibility for errors in the  information exhibited on the site, whether by Bronze or by a third party.  

2.6. Bronze shall not be accountable for any damage, discomfort, loss, expense  or distress that may occur to the User or his property (inter alia to the  hardware and/or software of the User) or to any third party, directly or  indirectly, following entry into the site and use of its content. 

2.7. Bronze shall not be accountable for any illegal activity conducted by any  user of the site or for any other entity not under its control. 

2.8. Bronze shall not be accountable for changes made to the information by  the User and/or by any third party. 

3. Reservations

3.1. General 

3.1.1. The User is authorized to use this site for the express purpose of  reserving and ordering services and/or receiving information. This site  may not be used for any other purposes.

3.1.2. Reserving a suite at Bronze may be made on this site or by phone to  Bronze’s Reservations Department at (972) 2-534-3841. 

3.1.3. Any person reserving a suite at Bronze through this Site is required to  provide personal details, including I.D./passport number and credit card  information, as well as the personal details of additional guests in his  party. 

3.2. Personal Information of Purchaser of Services at Bronze 

3.2.1. When purchasing services through this site and confirming a  reservation as described below, the User shall be required to submit his  personal details. 

3.2.2. Site owners and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners  and/or its managers and/or their proxy are not accountable for any error  made by the User when typing in purchase details, including an error  pertaining to the selection of a vacation package, reservation date,  number of beds, and/or any other service that may be ordered by the  user on this Site. Furthermore, they shall not be held responsible, in any  way or by any means, directly or indirectly, in the event that purchase details are not recorded in the system due to technical and/or any other  error that prevents the purchaser from acquiring services via this Site. 

3.2.3. Provision of false purchase information is a criminal offense. Legal  action shall be taken against the provider of false details, including claims  for damages that are liable to occur to Bronze and/or the site and/or its  operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or  their proxy. 

3.2.4. The User declares that he is aware that the purchase information he  provides shall be stored in Bronze’s database. Bronze is entitled to make  use of the purchase details in order to improve its services and to contact  the User via regular post, e-mail and/or any other means of  

communication, and to adapt the site to the personal requirements and  preferences of Bronze. 

3.3. Reservation process 

3.3.1. User shall input the reservation details into the site.

3.3.2. When submitting reservation details, User shall provide credit card information as security only. 

3.3.3. Upon confirming an order, an advance fee of 50% of the total cost of  the reservation fee shall be charged to the User’s card. 

3.3.4. Payment shall be made in full prior to leaving Bronze. Payment may be  delivered in cash and/or by credit card. 

4. Conditions and Limitations

4.1. Prices on the site are presented in shekels and exclude VAT. The full price is  subject to the changing rate of VAT.  

4.2. Bronze is entitled to make changes at any time regarding reservations and  price. 

4.3. Bronze is entitled to amend the Conditions of Use on the Site from time to  time, without notifying User in advance. Bronze shall publish the new  conditions on its website, and they shall be valid from that day and thereon. 

4.4. Bronze is entitled to close the site and/or change its structure, content,  appearance, scope and availability of services and any other aspect  regarding use of the website and its management, without informing User  in advance. User declares that he shall not have any claim and/suit and/or  demand versus Bronze regarding this. 

4.5. The number of suites in Bronze is limited, and reservations are subject to  availability. 

4.6. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. 

4.7. Check-In and Check-Out 

4.7.1. Check-In 

Sun-Thurs – 3 p.m. 

Erev Shabbos/Yom Tov: After 12 p.m. 

4.7.2. Check-Out:  

Sun-Thurs – 11 a.m. 

Motzaei Shabbos/Yom Tov – No later than two hours after Shabbos/Yom  Tov

4.7.3. Check-in or check-out before/after the above times is subject to the prior consent of Bronze’s management and subject to additional  payment. 

4.8. Infants and Children: 

4.8.1. Definitions: 

“Infant” – Up to 2 years. 

“Child” – Up to 16 years. 

4.8.2. In the event that a family has more than one infant, the additional  infant shall be regarded as a child for purposes of payment. 

4.9. Guests beneath the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age when staying at Bronze. 

4.10. These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of  Israel only. The sole venue of jurisdiction regarding these Conditions of Use  and the Site is in the District Court of Jerusalem.  

4.11. The User is aware that the use of a website is subject to technical  failures. 

5. Cancellation

5.1. Cancellation of a reservation up to 7 days prior to the reservation date shall  incur a charge of the advance reservation fee only.  

5.2. Cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to the reservation date  shall incur a charge equal to the cost of the first night of the reservation  plus the advance reservation fee.  

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Pets may not be brought into Bronze without the prior consent of Bronze’s  management and may compel additional payment.  

6.2. Guests other than those noted in the reservation may not be invited to  Bronze without the advance consent of Bronze’s management. 

6.3. No equipment may be taken from the guest rooms.  

6.4. No smoking is allowed in Bronze, except in designated smoking areas. 6.5. The User commits to leave the kitchen and its equipment clean and  undamaged upon check-out. 

6.6.

7. Caring for the Facility

7.1. The User commits on his behalf and on behalf of all guests accompanying  him to preserve the facility and to avoid damaging it and all its equipment  intentionally or by negligence. 

7.2. The User consents that in the event that he or any member of his party  causes damage to Bronze or its furniture or equipment, the credit card  provided for security purposes shall be charged for the full amount of the  damage.
